Romantic Patio: The open-air patio was a whimsical, romantic place to hang out any time of day. It made me feel like I was in a fairytale garden, surrounded by pink roses and lush greenery, while still being in the heart of the city.

Furnishings: Some furnishings need refreshing.

Stunning skyline views, smooth check-in, convenient location for shopping and dining, well-equipped gym, delicious grab and go options at the coffee bar.

The hotel had a stunning location, the room was brand-new and relaxing. The rooms were on floor 10, we loved it. The restaurant was nice on the ground floor, it had excellent dishes😃👌😃

We both appreciated the food, it was great and had lots of options.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. the decor was modern and stylish. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The rooms were incredibly small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. There were no hooks for towels in the bathroom, which was inconvenient.

We ate at a very nice restaurant at the lobby. Central location was a plus.

We loved this fairly clean hotel with a nice lobby. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. Unbeatable and best possible location, just walking distance from The Apartment.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of a bustling area with plenty of shops and restaurants. It was super easy to get around with the metro right on the doorstep and subway lines just a few blocks away. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff.

You guys made our stay perfectly pleasant. The place was unique and fairly clean, it had great stuff and food. The views from our beautiful bedroom where incredible. Late check-out was useful. We liked to chill in the nearby The Ship.

It's a top neighborhood two blocks from Little Italy. The hotel is very well decorated and very trendy. It's clean on the whole

The beds are small for couples and quite uncomfortable...we are both quite big with my husband and it was borderline.... The bathroom is a bit old and we didn't have enough towels when we arrived. There were 4 of us and we only had 2... No hair dryer that works... The price of the breakfasts is really exaggerated. And the price of the conso in the room is totally indecent...7,50 $ for a 20 cl coke !!!

The hotel is located near bustling little Chinatown, which is great for exploring and trying out different cuisines. It is also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms have large windows, offering a nice view of the surrounding area. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant experience during our stay.

The amenities fee added to the bill felt unnecessary and sneaky.

You can hear the room next door. The mini-bar is not cold. The mattress is too soft. In the bathroom they only put shampoo, conditioner and a soap. No shower cap, no other necessities.

With the help of the proactive staff, we had a great stay. The hotel was cool, had exceptional views and brilliant location very close to midtown as well as the subway.

Located in the heart of a bustling area with easy access to the subway and train station. There are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The hotel has clean and cozy rooms with comfortable beds. The staff is generally accommodating and helpful.

One negative aspect was that the coffee wasn't provided in the room.

Conveniently located near public transportation and trendy restaurants. Clean and well-lit rooms with beautiful city views. Enjoyable free wine hour at the bar. Comfortable lobby with stylish decor. Mattresses provide a good night's rest.

the design is beautiful in the common areas as well as in the rooms. The windows from top to bottom offer an exceptional view.

1/ the rooms are ridiculous in size, even for King suites. 2/ the staff is inconsistently friendly. 3/ the restaurant is below expectations. For example the cesar salad is served with green salad ... a lot of green salad !!! Some parmesan shavings and very little croutons !!! Chicken is optional. Total cesar salad with chicken : 25 dol . 4/ no night service !. In total not really a 5* . Very pretentious for an insufficient service !

This year they left few shower gels, we had to ask for slippers and bathing caps.

My stay at Nomo SoHo was absolutely delightful. The room was immaculately clean and surprisingly spacious, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The hotel's location was highly convenient, with easy access to the Metro and a lively neighborhood filled with shops and delicious food options. The restaurant at the hotel exceeded my expectations, serving delicious meals with excellent service. The front desk staff were always polite and helpful. Additionally, the hotel amenities, such as the inclusive wifi, laundry, and lounge drinks. I also appreciated the stunning views from the 18th-floor room. my experience at Nomo SoHo was fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

staff has a very cold reception hardly concerned by our arrival. waitress at the breakfast is very unpleasant. We had reserved for 3 people. We had to ask for towels and shower cap. With 2 beds in the room there was only a bedside table. All this is a pity because the hotel and location in SoHo was top.

We had an amazing stay here! The location of this venue was perfect as it was in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, surrounded by trendy cafes and shops. The staff were exceptional and the room amenities provided great comfort, such as separate tub and shower, sitting area, mini-bar, and air conditioning. Furthermore, we really enjoyed the restaurant here as the menu offered special diets options and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after exploring the city.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone searching for a great place to stay.

The room on the 17th floor for 3 people, divine and super comfortable with an incredible view. I love NY and I hadn't come to Nomo Soho, I'll be back.

Comfy room, plush bedding, easy check-in, delicious breakfast. Natural light, city views. Good food and service at the restaurant. Great location and awesome decoration. Quiet vibe on weekends. Comfortable, quiet room with good bed and large shower. Excellent views of Manhattan through big windows.

Great location for shopping and restaurants. Our room was clean and quiet. The hotel had a cool vibe and atmosphere, and the restaurant was good, albeit a bit pricey. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

I loved the hotel, it's beautifully decorated and has incredible views of Manhattan. And the location is perfect.

That in the end it was much more expensive because when I went in they told me there was a lot of free stuff that I never used besides and me. They charged it just the same as the gym, coffee, other things and truth is that they should charge it directly in the room fee or not charge it at all if you don't use it but I did. They added like 300 dollars more. Except for this, rest of it was impeccable.

I always return for the exceptional service and comfortable stay. The staff recommended the best taxi on my first visit. The amenities suit me perfectly, including Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and fitness centre. I can't wait to come back for Easter.

During our romantic weekend getaway, we enjoyed the comfortable mattress and the exceptional amount of natural light in our room. the location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with easy access to key attractions and shopping areas. the spacious shower in our room was a pleasant surprise.

The lackluster service provided. the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, with long waits for towels and our luggage.

During our recent stay at NoMo Soho, we were blown away by the fantastic location and the stunning views it offered. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant neighborhoods nearby. The staff went out of their way to ensure our kids had a wonderful time, and the room offered stunning views of the city, making our family stay truly memorable.

My wife says that an on-site play area or kids' activities would have been a great addition for families with children.
